Once you have attracted a pool of potential candidates, Breezy helps you qualify them in customized pipelines. The user-friendly candidate management tool organizes candidates in stages where everything you need to know about them from resumes to social media accounts to team notes is in one place. From there, it takes one click to send an email, schedule an interview, complete a review scorecard or send an assessment background check or offer.

Breezy HR offers a free Bootstrap plan for companies to try the service. The plan includes unlimited users, unlimited candidates, customer support, a branded career site and distribution to more than 50 job boards just like all the paid plans. However, it does limit the job position or pool to one and does not include any of the amenities of the paid plans. Users can create as many jobs or pools as they would like but first need to close or archive the active listing before activating another.

For $143 per month, the Startup plan includes unlimited positions and candidate pools, background screening integrations, candidate automation, customizable pipeline stages, email and calendar integration, live video meetings and real-time analytics. The most popular plan, the Growth plan at $249 per month, adds features like automated reference checking, employee referrals, external recruit support and multiple recruiting pipelines.

The highest-priced plan at $399 per month is the Business plan. It includes assessment integrations, candidate comparison, custom roles and permissions for team members and a job approval flow. All paid plans come with email support, an online knowledge base, video tutorials and weekly webinars.
