Automotive Inspector – Autozen Technology Limited

Autozen Technology Limited is looking for an automotive inspector to work on a mobile/on-demand basis. The automotive inspector will be responsible for inspecting vehicles for defects and conducting mechanical repairs as needed. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about automobiles and has experience working on them. Requirements for the automotive inspector include a degree in automotive technology or a related field, experience working on cars and a knowledge of defect detection and repair. The automotive inspector must possess enough knowledge about automobiles.

A day in the life of our inspectors…

Our inspectors are essential to performing detailed and thorough vehicle inspections while providing exceptional customer experience. They are mechanically inclined, and while a Mechanics license is not required, comprehensive mechanic knowledge and a “let’s figure it out” attitude are! They are detail-oriented and offer a calming presence to customers, who are in the process of letting their car go.

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities as a Gig Economy Automotive Inspector would include:

– Perform 150 Point inspections in an accurate and timely manner.

– Visit customer homes where vehicles are located, provide excellent customer service and guidance in each and every interaction.

– Take high quality photos and upload inspection and photo results using our mobile app.

– Coordinate with HQ and Operations Managers to troubleshoot any issues in the field

– Provide feedback and improvements on a regular basis to Management/HQ for product and service improvements

– Solve day-to-day operational challenges including weather conditions, dark lighting conditions, dynamically changing appointments, assist in dispatching staff

– Valid Driver’s license and a clean driving record

– Owns their own vehicle – to travel to inspections (you will be reimbursed)

– Has a working smartphone

– Comfortable using mobile apps

– Is committed to delivering the easiest and most zen vehicle selling experience with superior customer service skills.

– Must Consent to a Security Background Screening Check

– Must be Fully COVID Vaccinated and abide by all Government COVID Protocols

– Must provide driving record and insurance history

Please note: We operate 7 days per week; therefore, the ability to work on weekends and statutory holidays is a must!

Lead Product Designer – Autozen
Autozen is looking for a passionate software product designer with intermediate to senior experience designing mobile and web applications. As the Lead Product Designer at Autozen, you would be working across Autozen’s products from ideation to production in collaboration with the small but highly productive product and development team. Job requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a product designer in a product team
Ability to lead projects and identify design needs for a given product improvement
Excellent eye for clean and simple UI and UX for both mobile and web
Obsessed with providing exceptional usability and user experience
Proactively identifies areas of improvement and acts as the voice of the user
Tendency toward quick iterations, with ability to balance when to go deeper
Understand mobile and web technologies well enough to communicate effectively with the dev team during product reviews and handoffs
Experience with user journey maps, workflow analysis, and other design frameworks to understand larger problems and effectively communicate solutions to the team
Experience using and contributing to a design system
Team oriented, with an open communication style

Nice to haves:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum product teams
Strong copywriting skills that follow a brand voice
Experience with modern design tools and apps: Figma, Invision, etc
Experience setting up, executing, and acting on usability studies
Experience using data to measure the impact of your designs and iterate
Experience or interest in graphic design for product and marketing assets
