The Australian Muslim Academic Scholarship Program (AMAS) will support year 12 graduates with high academic merits and/or young working professionals who also possess significant leadership qualities to obtain graduate and/or postgraduate qualifications through one of our preferred university partners.
The goal of AMAS is to provide development opportunities for all future Islamic leaders across Australia, ensuring gender equality and equal opportunity for all. The program aims to support five recipients in the first year.
Successful applicants will be awarded up to $10,000 per 12-month period for full-time study.

Eligibility
Applicants must demonstrate that they meet the academic merit (criteria 1 below) in addition to at least one of the following criteria (criteria 2-5 below).
Criteria
1. Academic merit – applicants who have achieved a high ATAR score in high school or a high undergraduate weighted average mark.
Available for undergraduate or postgraduate studies
Achieved an Australian Tertiary Entrance Rank (ATAR) or equivalent of 85 or higher within the past two years, or
Achieved a weighted average mark of 80 or higher as an undergraduate within the past two years
