The British High Commission has allay allegations that Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) was arrested in the United Kingdom.

Recall that Abubakar Malami, Attorney-General of the Federation and minister of Justice, who announced the arrest of the IPOB leader yesterday June 29, concealed how or where Nnamdi Kanu’s arrest happened.

British High Commission spokesperson, Dean Hurlock, who confirmed the arrest of Kanu, while speaking to TheCable, disclosed that although Kanu is based in the UK, he wasn’t arrested in the UK.
