A 21-year-old lady who was alleged to have killed Michael Usifo Ataga, the CEO of Super TV, and a director in Super Network Limited, has been arrested and paraded by the Lagos state police command.
Mr Usifo Ataga, who lives in Banana Island, was declared missing on Sunday, June 13, by his family members and friends after he failed to return home and also didn’t arrive work at his office located in Victoria Island.
Search for Mr Ataga didn’t yield any fruit, which led to serious worry by his wife and children, who live in Abuja.
Unfortunately, his corpse was discovered in a flat in Lekki phase 1 with multiple stab injuries on Friday morning, June 18, which would have been his 50th birthday.
Upon investigation, a 21-year-old Chidinma Adaora Ojukwu was apprehended by the police at her parent’s home in Alagomeji, Lagos and was duly paraded today, June 24.Chidinma, an undergraduate in UNILAG said she started dating the deceased four months ago after her friend introduced her to him.
She narrated that on the day of the incident, she lied to her parents that she was going for an ushering job but went to have some fun with the deceased.
She revealed to newsmen that while in the apartment, they were high on drugs called ”loud and SK” and they had an argument after she refused to have s3x with him and she stabbed him thrice before leaving the apartment.
She also disclosed that she withdrew N380,000 from deceased account that she wanted to use to pay her school fees.
