Popular Nigerian Roman Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Sokoto, Bishop Matthew Kukah, has advised Nigerians on the call by many for secession.
According to the Bishop, he claimed that it is far cheaper for Nigerians to remain as one than everyone going their different ways.
He made this known on Saturday, May 1, while speaking virtually at the 2021 edition of The Platform, an annual conference organized by Pastor Poju Oyemade of the Covenant Christian Centre, Lagos.
Though many Nigerians did not actually agree with the Bishop on this, they claimed that the division is only the best option for the country in its current state.
