Islamic terrorist group, Boko Haram has been reported to have beheaded 43 farmers in Zabarmari, some kilometers away from Borno State capital, Maiduguri.
According to a report from HumAngle, the corpses of the 43 farmers arrived on Saturday evening ,but residents of Zabarmari refused to bury them, insisting the state governor must see the dead bodies first.
A leader in the village leader, who is also a local fighter with the Zamarmari group and a police source, said that a search by the authorities for the attackers of the farmers has been mounted in strategic positions and any lead that could lead to the hideout of attackers will be duly welcomed and promptly worked on.

It’s currently a Black Friday for the people of Onitsha and most especially the traders of Onitsha Plastic Market as fire engulfs more that 40% of the market.
According to BBC News Igbo, they reported that the fire outbreak was said to have started early today morning around 1:50am Nigerian time and it is believed that properties worth millions of Naira was also destroyed.

The cause of the fire is not yet known and the State Police Command has informed the general public that investigations into the matter is currently ongoing.
