Lady Cancels Marriage Plans After Her Fiancè Wanted To Use Looted Palliatives To Pay Her Bride Price

These days, it is somehow difficult for some ladies to reject a man’s marriage proposal let alone cancel a marriage plan, yet a Nigerian lady rejected her fiance’s offer and marriage plans after he wanted to pay her bride price with looted COVID-19 palliatives.

She stated that the reason why she rejected him was because she felt uncomfortable with the items he came with and also as couple, they can not depend only on noddles alone.

The lady on Twitter with the handle, @freedom_peace2, took to her page to share it, noting that her fiancee came to her house with his kinsmen, to pay for her bride price, but to her greatest surprise, they came with some packs of indomie noddles, which according to her, had CACOVID (NOT FOR SALE) labels on them like looted COVID-19 palliatives and she had no choice but to kicked them out.

She also noted that she cannot marry a looter, because he can’t be trusted.

See The Giant Fish A Brave Fisherman Caught In Rivers Community (Photos)

There was jubilation in  Andoni Local Government Area of Rivers State after a brave fisherman caught a giant swordfish at Oyorokotor fishing settlement on Friday morning, March 5, 2021.

Swordfish which can also be called broadbills in some countries, are large, highly migratory, predatory fish characterized by a long, flat, pointed bill. They are elongated, round-bodied, and lose all teeth and scales by adulthood.

On hearing the news of the exploit of the fisherman, people trooped to the scene to catch a glimpse of the giant aquatic animal and some even pose for a photograph with it.
