If Similar Circumstance Arises Again, What Happened In Lekki Will Repeat It Self Again — Army Says

The Nigerian Army on Saturday, said it will repeat exactly the action, it displayed at the Lekki toll gate on Tuesday, October 20, should a similar circumstance comes up again.

It could be recall that on the 20th of October, the military who had been deployed to disperse peaceful EndSARS protesters that gathered together at the Lekki toll gate for days, opened fire on them.

The Nigerian army, had insisted that blank bullets were used to chase away the ENDSARS protesters at Lekki toll gate protesters.

Commander of the 81 division of the Nigerian army, Ibrahim Taiwo, speaking before the judicial panel, set up to prosecute the incident, stated that given the same circumstance, the army would act in a similar way of what happened in Lekki toll gate.

Nigerian Police Arrests 35-Year-Old Man Who S.tabbed His Wife To Dea.th In Anambra State

The Nigerian Police Force, Anambra State Command has announced the arrest of a man who allegedly stabbed his wife to death.

According to the Police Spokesman, Mr. Haruna Mohammed, who made this known to the public stated that the man identified as Kingsley Igwe and only 35 years old had ran amok for some complicated reasons and brutally stabbed his wife.

The neighbors had rushed her to a nearby hospital, but she was confirmed ‘Brought in Dead’ by the Doctor on duty. Kingsley’s wife died at the age of 31. The Police also informed the general public that investigations into the case was still ongoing.
