Genevieve Nnaji Commends DJ Switch, Calls Her “Brave Queen”

Genevieve Nnaji, Nollywood Nigerian actress has commended popular Disc Jockey, DJ Switch, for coming out to speak about the incident that took place at Lekki toll gate on 20th October, 2020.

Recall, Nigerian youths had taken to the various cities in the country, to demand a permanent disbandment of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad known as as SARS, and as well to seek for an end to extra-judicial killings in the country.

The protesters under the EndSARS movement moved to Lekki toll gate to make their demands. But unfortunately the security operatives that were deployed to chase them away, allegedly opened fire on them.

DJ Switch, with the help of her Instagram LIVE video, reported the Lekki incident as the shootings were going on at the venue.

After weeks of investigations about the Lekki toll gate incident by the international TV station, CNN, the findings proved that the military authorities lied about some details, it shared concerning the shootings at Lekki toll gate.

DJ Switch’s live interview with CNN on Wednesday, November 18, revealed what she witnessed about the shooting.

In reaction to her recent interview with CNN, Genevieve Nnaji hailed her for her bravery in spite of being tagged an enemy of the state.

Man Who Used To Sell Yogurt, Finally Becomes A Nursing Student, After 9 Years Of Successfully Passing BECE (Photos)

A young Ghanaian man who was known as a yogurt seller finally breaks the yoke as he becomes a Nursing student, after many years of struggling for financial help.

The man identified as Adom-Ba was said to have been known for selling yogurt after he sat for the BECE in 2012 and passed but had no money or help to continue his education.

The zeal and love for education made him relocate to stay with his mum, where he got a job at a restaurant and other part time jobs.

According to Abandaily, who reported the news first, Adom-Ba Lucky is currently a Bachelor of Science in Nursing student at Pentecost University, PU, in Sowutuom, Accra, under a scholarship by the Church of Pentecost, Tema Area.
